β β β β β Terrible payment management, I sold my Prada bag with their White Glove service, and it's been a month still haven't get my payment. Payment is always in pending status and no reason gave to me. Customer service always say will update later, and never get any progress.
I highly suspect this company has cash flow issue so they cannot even pay this 600 hundred. Think twice before you consign your things to Reebonz.

β β β β β I was a regular customer at Reebonz. However my latest purchase made me lost confidence with this company. I ordered a Marc Jacob bag for my sisterβs birthday in beginning of Sep. They sent me an email for late shipment to beginning of Oct. I received another email that the shipment will be delayed again to mid Nov. This is ridiculous coming from a reputable brand. Never support them ever again. Worst shopping experience!

β β β β β Almost consign my Fendi wallet with them. Was told it was only worth $280 despite tags attached and itβs was going to paid through credits. So I rejected it. I am still lucky that I havenβt consign anything with them yet.

β β β β β BEWARE, they are SCAMMERS. Reebonz is going BUST! Sold a bag and did not receive payment. Sensing that they probably did not have cash, I agreed to receiving credits instead so that I could at least cash out on a bag asap before they completely burn to the ground. After much chasing, Concierge informed me at 4:22pm today tt they credited the credits to my account and to use the credits by today. Less than an hour later I tried to submit my order using the credits BUT the system WOULD NOT LET ME CART OUT.
I believe this is all part of a PLOY to use credits to reduce their cash liability, because they have technically "paid" in credits. I texted Concierge immediately but was "single ticked" on WhatsApp. Called many times, phone was switched off. All of a sudden their website said Reebonz will undergo maintenance from tomorrow and all orders made on 3 Sept will be fulfilled - it's a complete LIE.
All signs point towards them preparing for liquidation, such as trying to reduce their cash liabilities to creditors.
Absolutely UNETHICAL and I am horrified to my core. Not sure what recourse we have against them. Anyone?

β β β β β Called them, emailed them, live chat them....to no avail. Sold 2 Chanel bags thru White Gloves for $3k. Provided them w my bank details on 22 Jun 2021 & till to date still hv not received my payment. 'Caught' them when they did their FB live & the 2 ladies were stunned to see my comment & quickly said tt they r v sorry for the delay & will get the team to get to me immediately. Still no payment yet. How can they hv the cheek to still go on live to sell bags when many r still chasing them for payments!!!!!! Now after reading on some reviews tt they hv not gotten their payment after 3, 6, 9 mths, i dont think tt i will even get my payment back. Really need to bring this to CASE & make a police report. Disappointed!!!

β β β β β Reebonz, a company that has seen better days, are now in the business of asking people to consign items with them, and when the items gets sold, keeps hold of the monies from the sales for up to 1.5-2 months, withholding payment to the rightful seller. Their Customer support team plays a good game of holding the forte whenever you call to chase up on payment owed. The most common response as to why you still havent received payment, is: "We have expedited it to our Finance team, but they have not responsed". This same response will be provided to you time and again, no matter how many times and days you call. You can call 2 weeks ago, you will be given this response. You can call 2 weeks later, same response. Anyone who uses Reebonz White Glove Service, DON'T. Do not ever consign your items with them, it is essentially a form of a scam. They keep hold of your monies for as long as they can, so that they can be kept afloat and liquid. Their promise of a 10 days turnaround or 20 days turnaround for payment, those are just airy words. The 20 days can come and go, and no payment will be made. Even with repeated chasers, the payments may never be made. See the other 1 star reviews for confirmation of how the Reebonz Scam works. Sellers beware!!!

β β β β β Sold a LV bag for 1k plus Nov 2020 (9 months ago), sold an Hermes bag and a dior bag for total more than 10k 2 months ago and i have not received any payments at all. Its a scam, Even with persistent follow ups, they promised mid July 2021 and mid July has come and go. I recently think that they are winding up cuz it seems like they have removed the white glove service. And I see so many people reviewing it prior. This is quite a disaster.

β β β β β I advise not to sell your bags through Reebonz White Glove and do try to explore other sources. I managed to sell 2 bags but the 10 business days payment promise was certainly not honored. It was only after i sold the bags, did not get the payment on the payment day itself that i decided to google their reviews. It was horrifying to know that others experienced the same as me. I did get my payment a week later but that is because of my persistent follow ups. If i can rate a negative zero star i would.
