Quite a nice but quiet showroom which reflects the interest Singaporean have on the cars.....not sure why?

Servicing of car took more than a day despite sending in early morning. No use of stand-in car despite the inconvenience caused. Will review periodically.

Some time ago, my Ford had problem (engine shut down by itself), I dow the car to the service centre, after repair was done, I collected the car and on the way home, the same problem occurred. I called the service consultant who attended to the car for help. He said I had to arrange for dowing service to bring the car back to the service centre. It was a hard time for me. I would never like to go to the service centre again

It's a slow and quiet service center because not too many Fords on Singapore roads. However with the recent introduction of right-hand drive Mustangs, this could change the situation. On the other hand only 20 Mustangs were brought into the country in 2016 to dip their marketing toes in our water. Will update again once the Mustang requires its first service interval

Regent / Vantage refuses to reveal any part number for any vehicles they sell. Wrote to me on Jul 2, 2021 stating it's "Company Policy". Shocking isn't it?

Lousy service centre. My car has some faulty parts pertaining to ABS and it is still under warranty. Was advised not to drive because ABS is not functioning properly but the parts only came after 3 weeks plus. And when the parts are here to be replaced, they called me to bring my car and when replacing, they found out that the parts ordered are broken so they will need to re-order and I have to wait a few more weeks. So i will be driving without safety for a lot of weeks thanks to Regent Motors.
