Service centre with very bad attitude SA (Bernard) and refusal to look into/change part during warranty period. Trying to buy time till my warranty to be over. True enough, My AC was completely down 2 months after warranty despite me stating AC issues right before warranty period ends and im now quote with a 6k repair cost. Ive escalate the matter and am speaking to their CS now to no avail, its been 1 week since. All i get was "still communicating with factory" to see they are willing to do the repair works, its atrocious to drive with no AC in SG weather. Lets see if they get my problem solved in this waiting game. If you guys are so reluctant to change our car parts during warranty period then dont sell your "5yr warranty" guarantee when you give your sales talk. No integrity and not forthcoming.

End to end, skip Peugeot is you can afford!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I cannot say the same for the problems Peugeot brings, I can at least say definitively that the after sales service their warranty provide and particularly the care their service staff discharges are a great comfort to owners of Peugeot vehicle like me. In my case I've always been served extremely well by Darren. Great job. Keep up the good efforts. Cheers!
