β β β β β horrible pick up/drop off experience, took almost 10 minutes to come out of the drop off point from level 2, as many cars were exiting the car park at the same time. horrible design and planning. please beware when coming here.

β β β β β Doctors and nurses constantly gave my grandmother the wrong medication. This is a serious matter and offence. If not for my relative who is there to check on the doctors and nurses, I think good game already.

β β β β β The whole of Ren Ci service really bad. May it be medical, administrative, business, etc.... very slow and rigid. Must keep pushing and pushing step by step, then the staff will move but by bit. Horrible!!

β β β β β Unprofessional and lack of accountability. Staff gave patient sedative/medication without assessment and was not upfront with their practises. Management needs to be honest and transparent. Appalling standards

β β β β β i really agree with what others said. really have to think twice before sending elderly to renci community. the nurses here have really bad attitude, and are not caring at all. need to push and push for them to get things done, and most of them don't care about the patient. my father stay here and i need to worry about him often and had to keep complaint letter for renci to get things done.

β β β β β My grandmother was just discharged yesterday after being at Ren Ci Community Hospital for the last 25 days. During her entire stay, she hasn't been eating well and she would cry every night when the visiting hours are over and my mom has to go home. I am sure her doctor, Dr Claudia See is well aware of her situation and condition. My mom had notified the nurses last Saturday of her intention to have my grandmother discharged yesterday. However, Dr Claudia See refused to discharge my grandmother until 4pm, causing my grandmother to be in emotional distress and screaming in the ward. Why, auspicious hour to discharge a patient?
I get that it is a common occurrence for patients with dementia to have meltdowns but it doesn't mean you create an opportunity for them to have a meltdown. I get that doctors are busy, but caring for the wellbeing of patients are also a priority. Not just physically, but mentally as well. As a doctor, making arrangements for a patient to be discharged shouldn't be that hard. But of course, this is a very subtle way of extorting for a payment for an extra day at the ward.

β β β β β We wish to congratulate and thank Ms Catherine Peh, Ward 11, especially for her kindness, professionalism and extra sense of humanity. Thank you all the other staff member for looking after my mother (bed 25). Well done and please remember that all your efforts are highly appreciated.
