★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with the service by the front receptionists - they made the processes of registration, payment and making appointment really swift. The ladies here were also knowledgeable and helpful in terms of supporting insurance claims ??
The nurses assisting the doctors in treatment rooms were patient and lovely too. They would always re assure me before a treatment begins and asked about how I left after the treatment ☺️
Of course, not forgetting my doctor, Dr Lynn Teo, for simplifying the complex conditions I had and designing treatments best suited for me. In my opinion, she is quite experienced and very professional in her own way. Very grateful to meet her and have my AA and acne scarring condition treated under her care ❤️
My overall experience with TDP @ Novena was definitely a positive one ?
