永	永远别问我是谁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very BAD experience! They will charge you super expensive for any small damage to the car. Didnt believe it initially when I read other Google Reviews about them until I personally experienced it. Rented the car for 2 days, and was charged additional $100 for a little paint that went on to the car (basically they confiscated my $100 deposit), even though there were no scratches or hits or anything else. It was an unreasonable price because there were only two small lines of paint and all that was needed was to wash and clean the paint off! I could have done it by myself, but I didnt even realise it until I went to return the car. Super unjustified! Will never go back to such unethical and unreasonable car rental companies in the future! There are so many better and cheaper ones out there anyway.
G	Gaven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental ever. The owner, manager, and the technicians will treat you like a gangster. When you return the car, they will always look for your fault, so they can deduct $ from your deposit. Initial deposit was very high too, and can only pay cash. If you seek justification, they will ask you to bring to court, saying they will sue you if you don't want to pay more $ to them (they will deduct more of your deposit). Better not to come to this place! Highly unrecommended!

Having so many bed reviews I was cautious about renting from them and as advised took a lot of pictures of the car during the pickup so as to have exiting damages documented. They’re okay to rent from as Long as you are careful and take care of the vehicle. Fuss free and the mechanics do a good job during hand over and take over. Admin work was done quickly as well with their friendly staff, although it might take awhile (20-30mins) when crowded. Will recommend!
U	*UNIQUE89** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues when renting. Initial deposit is indeed quite high, but return is fuss free, got the full amount back. Got a Honda City, car was old, but well maintained. The mechanic would advise you to take photos and videos, and be thorough with your checks when collecting the car. Lights are a little dim so make sure to turn on your flash to check for small scratches. Check everywhere, open the doors,get them to test the headlights and brakelights, check all the door handles and bumpers

I booked a Toyota Vios manual from them but an administrative error meant I got another manual car instead - their Suzuki Swift Sport. A little annoyance but not a big issue, so I took the car. The Swift itself had a few minor issues, and I'm not totally satisfied with the condition of the car as it felt as the alignment was slightly off; but mechanically it was functional without big issues. When you rent from them, even their mechanic will advise you to take videos and pictures of the car before you even drive it away; so that you can document existing damages to prevent misunderstanding when you return it. Anyway, just be careful and document everything before driving away and their service would be satisfactory enough.

During the pick up, there will be a personnel who will hold a torchlight and check the condition of car with you. However he will purposely go through the check as fast as possible, making you miss certain parts of the car. When I returned the car. He said the side bumper got slight scratches, which are just three thin lines which might be already there when I rented the car. And he made me pay $60 for it which was deducted from my deposit. ? Ended up my rental wasnt cheap at all. Will not recommend this car rental at all. Please look for other options in the same building. Lots of car rental there.

The after sales service was efficient as well. We experienced issues with the wireless key control. It could be due to low battery issue. But we managed to make do with it. Initially, we were unsure of what's the issue and when we called their hotline, they replied to us promptly and even offered us to bring the car back for them to check through. Upon returning, deposit was returned smoothly.
