Highly recommend Michelle for her service and efforts! She’s also very knowledgable especially when it comes to Mercedes. When we enquired Michelle, she sent us photos of the car we wanted that hasn’t been listed on RA website. Arranged for a viewing when car was in workshop doing repair works, in its original condition. After the repair works were done, she stayed up after hours during Valentine’s Day (many thanks) just for us to have a test drive of the car. On the day of collection, even though there were hiccups from the touch up work done to the car, she managed to get it all settled within the afternoon so that we could collect our car. A very disappointing event happened less than 24 hours after we collected our car, where the ABS and engine fault light came up. Having waited 2 weeks for the car, we didn’t expect such a setback but Michelle was quick to respond and immediately arranged a tow truck to tow our car to RA workshop. Within a day, she rushed the mechanics to get it all repaired and ready by night for us to collect our car. It’s too early to say that our car condition is as advertised but the entire car buying experience including after-sales service by Michelle has been fantastic!

This was our 2nd time buying a car from Republic Auto. When we bought our first car, we was attended by Benny Goh. As a first time buyer, we didnt know much about owning a car and how does the procedure goes. Benny explained to us in detailed and asked about our concerns. He had a good knowledge and experience. With the budget we had, he managed to get us our first car with the monthly installment intended. That was what made us to engaged him for the second time for our second car. As usual, he kept us updated and make sure we get the best deal out of it. And Benny didnt disappoint us again. Thank you Benny Goh for the great service!

Kia new car collection center accompanied my sister to pick her new Kia. Jack Ho is the sales person she bought her car through and it has been a wonderful experience from test drive to finally taking delivery. Usually I am skeptical about going to 2nd dealer but this exceed my expectations and feels like buying first hand car. I would definitely recommend and go back again. Shout out to Kerin who did a great job in making everything so smooth.

Bought a Honda City from them. Janet and Joel's service was excellent! They were patient and very thoughtful. They answered all my silly questions patiently and also showed me all the ranges of cars they have at the same price range. Their follow up was also top notch and fast. Highly recommended!

Lousy sales person experience. Bought my parent to view a car listed on the website last month. Met up with the agent who listed the vehicle. Totally not interested attitude. Most of the time don't even know how to answer the questions asked. Sales person complained we tried to play him out and jeopardize his job by requesting for the original vehicle inspection documents. Why would the company even want to keep the original documents if we buy the vehicle and took ownership? To frame up in the bedroom for proof of achievement? Still can tell me we are not sincere because we got many requests and he did a lot of things. If you are just trying to get easy deal, go do something else. Please note that we came and was trying to spend $100k+ over that 1-2 hours of viewing. So I don't understand how is that not sincere. Is it because we want to use other policy insurer, don't want to take loan? My comment is only based on my personal purchasing experience and not targeting at the rest of the sales team or company. And also we did purchase the vehicle as my parent like it. Comment to the company: please train your sales team well enough for them to professionally engage your customers.

Excellent place to source for pre-owned cars of most brands. Look for Richard Kang for honest and long term business. Bought a pre-owned 2yo Honda Civic but it felt like I was buying a brand new car, the smell, the condition,...just felt comfy. Communication was clear and you feel reassured you are in good hands from start to finish.

Exemplary service from the showroom professional sale person - Mr. Richard Kang. Buying a pre-owned car and selling your car can be a hassle and tedious affair, especially if you are not conversant with the paperwork. Worried about the history of pre-owned car, administrative matter, etc...are all taken care by Richard professionally and you actually enjoy the process ! Do look for Richard for honest deals and advise. You will not regret. Only regret is why you did not contact him earlier. Deal with a great company and fabulous sales professional... Take it from me. :)
