★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to browse books at the shop, and the person-in-charge was really knowledgeable about medical books and he was so willing to share his views, all without being pushy. I then ordered some books online and it was delivered within 2 days, really efficient - they reply on WhatsApp really very quickly and sometimes even reply me after work hours, testament of their dedication. When informed that a book had some bent areas, they did a hassle-free 1 to 1 exchange within 2 days. I felt bad that they had to come all the way to deliver the new set to me, but they are genuinely nice about it, so, thank you so much! The prices here are reasonable as well! I'm looking forward to getting more books again :)

Their delivery is very fast. Received the books within 2 days of ordering. Free over 100$. The books were super wrapped up and protected. No way can get damaged during delivery :)

Was even more surprised that everything could be done at my fingertips and owner even provide free home delivery!
