★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pig organ soup was very value for money which is why I rated it 2 stars. Other than that, the soup is too blanch for pig organ soup. It also lack greatly in the taste of sour preserved vegetable. Ingredients were still fresh though. Really needs huge improvement as I felt many other stalls even from food courts taste better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pig organ soup! The owner is the nicest and sweetest, he never fails to talk to his customers.
The portion is super generous. Do support him when you are around the area, you won’t regret!
p.s. the pig organ soup isn’t super peppery, it’s more of the old school kinda flavour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another value for money hidden gem in Singapore. Uncle has been selling pork soup for more than 40 years. His soup broth is boiled daily in the wee hours of the morning. The reason the entire bowl is filled with pork? His profit margin is only about a dollar. Please visit this gem of a authentic traditional pork soup store to savor pork in its fully glory, take more chilli!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average pig organ soup but generous portion for $5. The liver was over-cooked. Uncle was extremely friendly and hygenic. E-payment was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Pig Organ Soups! Generally, the owner is very friendly. Generous serving of ingredients and soup. It is not to my kind of soup. I prefer to be more flavoured, spice, salty, intensity. Chillis is normal. The braised is quite light. $5.50 is above average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One the the best pig organ soup with lots of fresh ingredients. Friendly stall owner that started selling this dish since 1980. Different pork parts are dipped into the hot soup to cook separately before he add a spoonful of scallion oil and a ladle of boiling hot soup to complete the dish. At only $4/$5, it's really a steal. The braised pork belly was good and the braised egg is soaked long enough to incorporate the flavours. Location is a bit out of the way but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a quaint neighborhood with a small hawker center, there is a nice traditional teochew pig organ soup stall. It's so quiet in this hawker at night that the only this stall and another bak kut teh stall are open, not even a drinks stall.
I ordered a $4 pig organ soup with extra mee sua to make it $5. You can see the bowl is filled to the brim. The soup is flavorful and there are lots of different pig's parts such as liver, skin, stomach, etc. The liver is cooked till mid raw with a bloody juicy bite feel. Overall, very nice comfort food to have on a cool rainy day and when one needs some peace away from the crowd.
