FKT cooked with love n dedication by the stallholder. Moist, added egg, nice fragrance, lots of bean sprout… I usually wait for 5 to 10 minutes (let moisture have time to be absorbed n evaporate) before I eat the dish. Don’t need to cross the road for the other famous FKT stall at HL; no long queues.
When I miss 廊坊 (a town 2 to 3 hours’ drive from Beijing), where I once worked for 5 to 6 years, I will drop by People’s Park / Upper Cross Street areas. I always think I m transported to 廊坊 here. Lovely vibes n lovely food.
