I see no intention of him trying to charge more by recommending more pricey service. Everything was done as per system need. Communication was professional and honest. I find the service reliable. After I moved to a new place, I continued using them as they have always been prompt in responding, flexible and easy to make appointments, plus efficient and reasonable rates. The technicians are on time and professional. Recently one of my aircon unit has an issue of leaking and malfunction, so I contacted them and they promptly arranged for the technician to come and check for me, twice, as a follow up service. So far, am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them as they are reliable and prompt, very important aspects of a service business.

There was once one of my unit have some noisy sound and even though they are fully booked but Mr Wee still try his best to arrange for his technician to come and rectified the problem. Very prompt in responding to queries and accommodating in scheduling servicing. Their service personnel are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with good pricing. Company replied very fast on WhatsApp. Repairman came on time, explained various options and pros/cons to me, told me honestly what I’d need or not need. I really liked his honesty. My air conditioners had not been serviced in a long time due to covid and were in bad shape. But they ran like brand new after the servicing that took just 2 hours, a godsend given the current crazy hot weather. Price was reasonable. Recommended!

He also educated me on the a/c parts that he serviced and recommended me solutions without hard selling. Overall it was a very honest and pleasant experience. The after service has been great. All of my a/c units are in good condition and the temperature has been exceptionally cold even at 25 degree. Thank you again for the amazing job and I'm looking forward to the next service.
