She(the owner, Riley) doesn’t look professional and even she didn’t show up on reservation time. And even more, she avoid contact her clients and ignore our feedback including me.
I haven’t got a refund since 2018 Sep and still she’s not answering. Hope this will not happen to others again. I really wanted to sue this aesthetic and her, but’s it’s not worth it spending all of my effort and time to do that!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner Riley or Choi Songa scammed a lot of people including me! she tried opening a new business selling tacky, cheap looking jewelry with premium price on instagram @nuepalette__official (I hope no one fall victim again, once a scammer always a scammer). She changed her instagram name several times to avoid people she owed money to!! Beware!! Her IG now is @songasome previously @songasayso
