β β β β β The staff accidentally dipped 4 fingers into the chocolate cake (after serving a guest, her hands were in contact with money) that we wanted to purchase. She then offered to sell it to us at a discounted price or fill up the hole with chocolate to cover up......... the hygiene standards here is terrible.

β β β β β Came at 10 plus on 31 Jul 2020 but store wasn't open. I called but no one picked up. I called the nex mall outlet and found that it should have been open already. (Was someone late?) Waited for quite some time and it finally opened at 11 instead of the displayed time of 0930 hrs. Asked the makcik for a full size apple strudel but was told only durian left. So i asked if there is apple strudel for the half size one and she gave me an I-already-told-you face and said only durian, everything finished. Look, as a customer I dunno what you have what you don't have. As a potential consumer i was asking for confirmation. And I had to wait half an hour for the apple strudel stock to arrive. Well if she had arrived earlier perhaps the stock would have come in earlier. Anyways I rather travel to the bedok mall outlet than buy from her. Ok thanks.

β β β β β Twice in a month I would definitely buy apple strudel for my family or colleagues for our tea break. The price is worth when they got promotion. You should try mango strudel too. These good stuff is fill filling definitely you wont feel hungry if even if u took this for your lunch. Staff is friendly. Keep it up.

β β β β β Bought their 6β chocolate cake voucher off FAVE. Redemption was quite easily done. Taste-wise, you get what you pay for. Nothing to shout about. Not too sweet but cake layers were rather dry.

β β β β β The lady at Tampines Mall B1 outlet very rude . When I ask Her something few times , she do not bother to answer me. Company must teach her customer service lesson. When she passed me my order. She was very loud. Extremely disappointed. Take my comment seriously
