★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick riverside good food on a whim as it seemed to have a longish line which I took as a sign of a good place.
Friendly service, helped me out in choosing. Very reasonably priced at $5.5. Good chilli paste.
Would go back and try and some other options next time, if the rest are as good.

Offers many traditional hokkien style fried cuisine , like hokkien mee, char kway teow, oyster omelette etc. Tried their hokkien noodles overall good amount of ingredients. The texture of the noodles are done just right . However the fragrance, soaking time of the stock with noodles and the wok hei may not be with the top league. A good enough place to fill up.

the hokkien mee is tasty and flavourful(not salty but all the prawn/pork essence are absorbed into noodle). stir fried oyster is cripsy and not oily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hokkien mee in the area, big prawns with wok hei and nice chilli! White char kway teow also unique. Hawker uncle just recovered from illness, do support him and be patient if there is a wait :)
