β β β β β Being first-time buyer, naturally we had endless doubts and queries. Desmond took the time to address each and every of our concern patiently. He provided many sound advice and let us every step of the way before we finally decided on that one piano. We like the fact that there was no pressure at all for us to commit on the purchase. Despite visiting a couple more shops after that, we realised that there was nothing that quite fit the bill. Not the cheapest shop for Yamaha U3 but definitely value for money considering the top-notch quality of the second hand piano.

β β β β β We were looking for a good quality used piano and my daughter's piano teacher highly recommended Desmond who is very reliable and sells great quality pianos. So we made an appointment to view the pianos and Desmond was very approachable and patient in explaining to us the various options and also let my daughter try out the pianos. We eventually purchased a Yamaha U3 and it was delivered to my place promptly. Thanks Desmond for making our purchase of the piano such a pleasant experience!

β β β β β Great customer service!! Seller was very patient and allowed my 2 children to bring music scores to test the pianos. Tested more than 10 different pianos for an hour before we decided to buy. Seller was super friendly and answered many questions. At no time did we fell pressured into buying.
The delivery of the piano was arranged really quickly and fuss free. Highly recommended!

β β β β β It was the first we bought a piano, and we didn't quite understand many things about the piano. Mr Desmond patiently introduced us to the piano structure, the maintenance instructions, and the difference between locally transferred pianos and imported pianos. Before going to this piano shop, I went to three other piano shops with good evaluations from Google reviews. Among them, some also only sell the pianos imported from Japan. Finally, we chose this one because the quality of the piano is so good. A piano of 30 years is just as good as the new piano in appearance, not to mention the timbre, which makes us excited. The children also like it very much. We highly recommend it.
