★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server staff was extremely uninterested or outright rude to render assistance. After checking on our food order, which took 2 hours and failed to deliver, all we got from the service staff was "Wait" and he proceeded to walk off to handle other matters. I'll like to emphasise, 2 hours of waiting time and we got only an a single word reply.
Out of 5 side dishes we ordered, only 3 arrived, each dish is at least 30 minutes apart. The other 2 dishes were informed "out of stock" only when we kept checking on our orders. And the time for them to inform us that the item is out of stock, is 2 hours.
When making payment, all their NETS payment machines are OUT OF COMMISSION. Limited modes of payment, so before you patronise, you have to consider their poor quality and limited range of services.
If there is an option of 0 stars, they're the first to acquire that achievement.
