Mee noodles are not thoroughly evenly cooked and fishballs taste un-fresh and smell fishy !

Have been a long time patron of this stall. Price has steadily increased over the years, from $2.50 to $3 and now $3.50 for a bowl of noodles. Ingredients are sparse compared to most other fishball noodles stalls as there are only fishballs & noodles, lacking others such as fish cake & beansprouts. Noodles are springy & the Chili sauce is decent.

Opens early but often sold out before 11am. Enjoy no frills fishball noodles from this stall. The father and the son have slightly different cooking styles, depending on whether you prefer the noodles softer or harder you may want to see who is making the noodles. The type of noodles, mee pok, mee kia, kuay teow etc. really changes the taste. Love the fishballs. 6 fishballs with noodles for $3.50. Larger size or fishballs only without noodles also available.

A very popular fishball noodle stall which often gets sold-out before 12pm. Their fishballs are chewy and the noodles have good balance of vinegar and chilli. Hint: If you see the lights of the signboard switched off, don't attempt to queue as that means sold out for the day.

01/09/18 This stall has been here in Bendemeer Hawker Center for more than 20 years. The fish ball is springy and not too salty. The soup is clear and crisp. Queue is long most of the time, however it can be cleared rather fast. 08/12/19 2nd visit. Order dry type noodle. Noodle under cooked and too starchy. Chilli too salty. Overall under average fish ball noodle. Drop from 3 to 2 stars.

One of the stalls with a steady stream of long queues While i was there, decided to join the queue to find out what the hype about this Fishball noodle. I was in the queue for almost 15mins before it was my turn to order. Noodle starts from SGD$3.50 onwards. I had the mee pok dry with less chili. Noodle was slightly overcooked, as a result the noodle clamp into a big lump and took me some effort to seperate them. Chilli was a little too salty for my liking. The saving grace was the fishball, good texture!

Old school fishball noodles. Simple and tasty. Chilli sauce and vinegar best match. Fishballs are fresh and chewy. Noodles texture are just nice. Worth queuing for it. Prepare to queue abit longer during breakfast time.
