Now I understand why ppl queue. Becos is cheap for a chicken wing set at $2.80 Rice was wet with pieces of wet ikan bilis. Chili sweet chicken wing hard. Over fried ikan bilis. Looks good until u taste it. No more for me.

I probably should put a disclaimer to this review as I was pretty famished when I had this. Still, I think it's easily counts amongst the top 3 nasi lemak I've ever eaten. The rice is the long grained type (basmati I guess) - very light and couples well with the chilli ikan bilis, which has a lovely tangy flavor and really isn't that spicy. The fried egg and otah are both good - not bland and stiff at all like how you'd normally expect ?. But the star of the show is really the fried chicken wing - it was nice and hot (got lucky maybe ?), the meat was moist and tender and the batter was sooooo good - delightfully crispy yet light and flavorful; in fact, I can't think of a place that offers a better version off hand. Definitely coming back for more.
