The experience and the end product is what was expected and more. Couldn't ask for more. Highly likely to buy another chair from them again.

Finally received my chair and worth all the waiting!!! 1. It come with a protective cover which it can be reuse if I am moving house. 2. The wheels come with another protection (blue protective cover) before the use. The wheels move very smooth. 3. The build quality and workmanship is very good and I would said it worth my money and time spend on this chair. 4. This chair also come with a lumbar support which is great for user like me who will spend a lot of time sitting on it. 5. Good customer support. Keep up the good quality product and will recommend to my friends.

Chair model: Poseidon 2021 in Napa leather with optional leather armrests At first glance, this chair looks very luxurious and well-constructed. The red stitching and opulent texture of the Napa leather are reminiscent of seats in high end continental sports cars such as Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini. The base and wheels are made mostly of what I assume to be stainless steel, which completes the sleek, polished look of the elegant design. Definitely something worth showing off to your friends and family! The leather on the Poseidon 2021 is extremely soft and smooth to the touch, and the seating feel is stiffer than my previous chair (which was a soft suede leather type texture), but that's not necessarily a bad thing, as I believe in the long run it will be good for my back posture, especially since I sit at my work desk for more than 12 hours a day. Pro-tip 1: With the lumbar pillow behind your head and the rocking function unlocked (left side lever), recline about three-quarters of the way and use your feet to push under your desk for a super comfortable rocking cradle nap (see pic 2). Pro-tip 2: With the lumbar pillow behind your back and the rocking function unlocked (left side lever), recline all the way so you're angled towards the ground (don't worry the chair is extremely sturdy and won't tip over) to get a great 10-minute back stretch (see pic 3). A few things I'd like to see improved are: 1. Higher extension on the armrest - currently it goes up to only about 8cm, but ideally for my height (168cm), 10-12 cm would be optimal to align my elbows at a 90 degree angle with my desk (or maybe I should just get a lower desk!). 2. Wheel locking system - the wheels are extremely smooth, which is good when I want to move around while seated, but not great when my legs are on a footrest and any slight movement will edge my chair backwards, and I have to pull myself back towards my desk. 3. Securing function for the lumbar pillow - while the complimentary lumbar pillow from Royale was a nice addition, it kept slipping down after a few minutes, so it would be nice if there was a way to secure it to the chair, or perhaps turn it into an entire optional detachable lumbar feature in future models. Anyway the design of the chair has some lumbar support, so I've resorted to using it as a butt pillow, which is surprisingly also very comfortable! Overall this is a solid 5-star chair, despite the minor issues which are mostly my personal preference, and undoubtedly someone slightly taller (173cm upwards) would find this chair almost perfect for their purposes. With a 5-year peel and crack-free warranty on the leather, that is the icing on the cake, and I definitely look forward to many good years of service from this chair. Pricing wise it's not a budget purchase by any means, but the Royale Poseidon 2021 is definitely up there with the best of the best, and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

I have been using Royale Ergonomics chair for a few months. Chair is comfy, reclining is awesome and the owner was very helpful in my queries. However, there were a few issues that totally spoilt the whole experience for me. 1. Ordered 2 Chairs (Executive and Custom Napa. Custom Napa arrived later). Both chairs came with the wrong configuration. I have ordered them with the leather padding add on for the arm rest but both came with the stock arm rest instead. 2. Both chairs had a bit of QC defect. Firstly, Executive chair had this hardened glue kind of thing stuck on it. Secondly, the Custom Napa leather was not in such a great condition. The leather looked as though its been trampled on or mishandled, the owner arranged for a leather cleaning for me but it didn't help. The Custom Napa also came without the height and recline adjustment handles. Spoke to the owner and he claimed that he didn't have time to head down to do QC check and there was a reshuffling of staff. Good thing is that the owner was prompt to send someone down to help me rectify the arm rest issue and the adjustment handles. So that's a plus. Edit: after sales service is awesome. Had issues with the gas lift and lumbar support casing and the owner replaced both without any hassle

Received the chair without a built in lumbar support and slanted logos on both the front and back of the chair. Contacted support but was told that it is within their tolerance despite the tilt being very obvious to the naked eye. It is a disappointing experience that they’re not willing to resolve for free. They asked for a fee of SGD25 on top of the hefty price paid for the chair. (Which I suppose should provide us a logo that is straight or near to straight.) I’m glad that my friends were able to point it out to me that their competitor brand seats and feels more comfortably. It’s a regret for me.

In full NAPA leather, the seat is firm and feels rock solid. No vibration and no rattle. Above all, credit goes to the team behind the scene working to deliver the chair quickly and I appreciate it. And I am glad to have made this purchase decision. Well done to Team Royale.

A friend had one of these and when I was looking for a new chair, I was recommended to try them, as their customer service was friendly and helpful. Plus, I was told that I can customise it. And true enough, they were super helpful, answering tons of questions before I placed an order. As I wanted customisations, some colourful stitching, they went back and forth with me a couple of times on my colour choices, recommending the ones closest to my desired colours. The after sales service was excellent too. I had shared about how the long hours of working from home had taken a toll on old bones. While not their business, I was grateful to them for sharing tips on how to alleviate the problems, such as sitting back into the seat, using a foot rest, etc. So onto the product itself. The seat was firm, which I like, the lumbar support - standard issue - was comfortable, as was the neck/head pillow. I like the incline allowed by the chair and the height of the arm rests (they suit my height). I loved the softness of the napa leather! Kudos to the team for the wonderful customisation job. I love how the calligraphy came out - I was a bit worried it will not turn out well. And most of lot I loved the colours. Thank you so much!
