Had a wonderful experience with Dr Randy Pang for scaling and polishing. He is very skillful and gentle and the price is reasonable. I really wish I have discovered this clinic earlier.

Friendly counter staff, excellent bedside manor of the dentist and the assistant, totally takes the stress out of going to the dentist. Helps you make informed decisions that are right for you. Highly recommend their services.

I saw the good review and went to the clinic for scaling and polishing. The dentist, Dr Jacky Ngu took less than 15 min to clean and didn't even bother to offer a mirror after it was done. Upon seeing the mirror at home, to my horror, i saw a huge gap at the 3rd teeth from the front. Dr Jacky did not bother to clean carefully and removed my original fillings. I managed to go back for filling to cover the gap, however he filled the other teeth instead of the teeth that was originally filled, he didn't even bother to confirm which teeth to fill and the gap was still very evident from the front that I had to fill 2 teeth instead. I paid for 2 filllings, all thanks to Dr Jacky who removed it. When I finally went back home again and brushed my teeth to remove the fluoride coat, I saw a another huge gap and this time was my front tooth, Dr Jacky removed my front tooth fillings too. I was so angry that I went to another dentist and end up paying another $200+ to fill the gap that was originally filled. In total, I spent $600 and to look like nothing was done, just because Dr Jacky removed my fillings, this is really unprofessional and ridiculous. Please avoid this clinic at all cost and advise anyone who want to visit, it is really a true horrible experience that no one should have to go through ever! Really too traumatizing!

Dr.Pang is a very professional and a very careful dentist solving my sensitive toothache this morning. By filler and covered the sensitive area. He advised not to take cool drink at the moment and bites soft foods 1st to try out?. KJ

When she reach home and see the mirror to her horror, she saw a huge gap in her teeth. The dentist anyhow clean the teeth and removed the original filling. When she went back for the filling to cover the gap, the brilliant dentist filled the behind teeth instead of the teeth that was originally filled. She end up paying for 2 fillings instead of 1 that she needed. When she went back home again and brushed her teeth, she saw a huge gap in her front tooth, the fillings in the front tooth was removed as well. She end up paying another $200+ at another dentist to fill the gap. In total she spent $600 and look like nothing was done, just because the dentist remove her 2 fillings. Please be strongly advised not to visit this dentist, it is really a true horrible experience that no one should have to go through.

Dentist and Dental Assistant both are very attentive and the doctor is really detail in his cleaning and polishing. Explain patiently regarding my condition. Will definitely come back again ??

Good experience with Dr Randy Pang for the past 3 years. Dental assistants were also helpful and approachable. Cheaper rates compared to other dental clinics and the environment is much cleaner/newer. Call to make an appointment/enquire.

Absolutely gem of a dental clinic. I've recommended almost everyone I know, teething issues or not, to frequent the clinic. Huge thanks to Dr Pang, who always took care of his patients, making any experience as painless as possible. Extremely professional and a top notch service from the front desk too. I can't understand why anyone would rate negatively. Thanks!
