Great place to buy bread and cakes. So many different items all nearly arranged at reasonable prices. Love the sandwiches at the cold storage.

Very bad and horrified experience this late evening there. I was quening to pay the breads whilst my mum was being scare by their rude and impatient lady staff wearing all black today doing cashier... As if she is unable to carry so many trays and tongs please do not carry so and shouted 'excuse me' to my elder mum having high blood pressure... almost being shock by her again by deliberately throwing the trays and tongs on the area loudly... After which even without saying sorry and walk away back to the cashier as if nothing happen... I am thinking is that staff a orphan. Can't believe at such places have such a service staff... What if I am a tourist. It's such staff and attitude that makes the whole company reputation goes down the drain within seconds ... Well done to their HR for employing such a impolite and irrespect to elders staff... Very very disappointed and will not go there to buy the bread again... As I worry I may die of heart attack.

Fast service by the chinese male staff at the counter, he has already began keying in my orders before i put my tray down at the counter ? The matcha steamed bun is super soft and moist, tastes better than 4 leaves imo.

Very nice buns! Lots of different flavours to test your taste bud, although it is best that you wait for the newly baked once to appear. Some of the buns can be a bit stiff due to the store's air-conditioning but otherwise, lots of variety to choose from!

Matcha bun! Lots of luscious green tea custard cream inside, making every bite a great treat. Service was prompt too.
