β β β β β Passed by this cosy cafe and picked a gorgeous fruit tart for myself along with black coffee. Those tarts are so pretty I took some time to pick :P price is reasonable being that the location is Orchard.
The cafe is small, so not many seatings but I like this cosy feel!

β β β β β Bought the lemon meringue to try. Their lemon tart is really sour when tasted on its one but pair with their meringue and the taste change instantly. Is beautifully done but I don't really like this kind of tart. It tasted dry, flaky and burnt. Everybody has different taste bud. Just that it doesn't sit well with me. Their service was prompt and attentive. Maybe next time I should try their cakes.
Ps- I was riding and this and the tart was destroyed by me. Pardon my photos. Just wanna show that is quite a big tart.

β β β β β Enjoyed the flat white. Smooth and creamy, very smooth and not acidic. Came here at about 12 plus on a Sat afternoon and there were seats. Fills up quickly after lunch as the seats are so limited.

Coffee not strong, milk not creamy (diluted kind).
Might be barista not in the mood to make a proper cup of coffee.
Went on a weekday afternoon.
Will be back for more tarts but no coffee ?

β β β β β Probably one of the best "no BS" coffee spots on Orchard. Space feels a bit cramped, with harsh LED lights. Macchiato was okay, Piccolo Latte was excellent. Service was friendly. Price is above average for coffee, but not unjustifiable given the location. All in all, the best spot for coffee in Ngee Ann City.

The avocado tart was so good! The tart shell was light and melt in your mouth. Itβs like a solid avacado milk shake on chocolate tart.
Will definitely return to try more!

β β β β β There arenβt too many places to take a pause from the buzz of Orchard Road so this was a welcome find for me. I had a long black ($5) which I enjoyed. There was an ongoing promotion where one can add a scone for just a dollar. I tried the savoury spinach parmesan scone. Didnβt really like it but open to try their other bites. The quiche looks really good.

β β β β β My usual go to place when I need desserts.
Love their black Forrest cake, filled with cherries soaked with alcohol, and it is hard to find such recipe in Singapore.
My second favorite is their macadamia tart. Not overly sweet and blend well with each bite of macadamia.
Highly recommended their special plum drink. Very refreshing. And coffee is nice too.
Shout-out to the staffs there. Friendly and good in recommending food for you.
Down side: the place is way too small. Only 3 tables. Have to queue a bit long if your luck is not good.
