The coffee taste need to increase and improve, coffee and oat are recommended.

Super tasty buttery buns! The other flavours are nothing to shout for (Pandan lacks taste but smell is good and butter is essentially a plain bun without the cookie/cake crust) but the coffee, salted egg and oat are super yummy. Didn’t even know they opened one near my workplace. Now I don’t need to go to IMM anymore ?

I don’t think it tasted like how it should. I don’t remember roti mum to be as bad as what I had earlier. Almost no coffee nor butter taste. Not rly soft nor flavourful in the centre. Kinda spoiled my night as I was looking forward to it. Maybe they should do QC again.

The bakery has been opened for a short while now, and since there was no queue on a weekday afternoon I decided to try their signature item. I already knew it was a gamble as there was no coffee/ freshly baked bread smell wafting from the shop, but tasting it just confirmed my suspicions. I asked for a hot coffee bun and was given one - the exterior was crunchy and sweet with a very mild coffee flavour. The salty buttery core that I was very expectant to taste was definitely MIA! It was a sad pathetic knob of melted butter in the centre (as courtesy probably), and not much else but more plain bread. Utterly disappointed and won’t bother trying the rest of their items.

Agree with another review below. No queue on a crowded Friday. Decided to relieve the good old days with this coffee bun. The signature bun I was served barely warm, with a sad pathetic blob of butter in the middle. Dry, tough bun outside with barely any coffee taste. Gone were the old days of the tasty hot bun, now it’s just profit squeezing. Will rather get pastries elsewhere considering many other bakeries serve this coffee bun now anyway -_-
