Best Italian restaurant in Singapore

J	Jason Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the service is bad, all the staff really got attitude problem. And the working environment is bad too. As a former staff, manager tend to look down on slower worker and didn't bother to give them chance, refuse to teach them order taking and cashier when the slower one might be better than other staff.

Service wise, a lot of user feedback that they are lousy - for us, we feel that they're quite responsive ( according to the crowd upon that time ), although they are very rushing however it's reasonable, so no issue for us. Pricing and environment above average, especially good for small family. In conclusion, just manage your expectation will do - it's casual dining not fine dining, don't need too harsh, then you won't disappointed ?

But the servers chose to ignore, purposely avoid making eye contact, and let customers wait in the heat. Finally, I was told they have many tables waiting to be cleared. But we ended up at a table that had been empty and cleared all along for the past twenty minutes. QR codes were so worn out they couldn't be scanned. Why do all decent franchise degenerate into terrible service in Singapore?
M	Manikanta Tankala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this place for its authentic Italian food at lower prices. My margarita pizza was good with good service. Do check their free flow drinks. That’s a very good addition to my meal. Portion size was very good for one person. Bill came around $10 which is quite surprising. The only negative if I’ve to say is the ambiance atmosphere. There is a lot of noise from kitchen which they could have prevented and let me have a good lunch.

The service wasn't great, when I asked what the "special" salad dressing was I was met with "I don't know" as the reply from the female waitress. I had to call another staff who at least tried to check with the kitchen, but still, they couldn't tell me what base or what ingredients were in the dressing. The hamburg was undercooked, the entire patty was soggy wet, and the usual yellow tumeric rice of the doria may have ran out or something but they replaced it with white rice instead. The staff all look really tired so I really didn't want to bother them by complaining, but I'd recommend people not to go to this branch.

Prices are very affordable compared to most restaurants but of course, I must admit that the taste would also be less than other restaurants too. But at a very comfortable price point and a pretty extensive menu, Saizeriya is a fuss free family friendly restaurant! Ordered the hamburger on hot plate lunch set menu which comes with a can of soft drink and salad (not pictured). Portion was good and the garlic soy sauce on the hamburger steak tasted great. Also ordered ala carte Four Cheese Ravioli which is something I recommend, cheesy and delicious! Total bill I recall was about $15 nett.
