★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is amazing but the service provided was terrible. The service crew were ignorant and they put in less effort to serve the needs of the customers dinning in. Despite numerous attempts to request for soup refill, the staffs only took action when we were about to leave. Extremely horrible service and I was really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their prices aren't cheap to begin with yet they decided to do self service now. Plus there's no queue number display just a voice announcement in Mandarin. Inclusive much?
And then they go and remove Mee pok from the available noodle options.
Come on.... You're suppose to do better when you are expensive. Not do worse.
Soup is tasty. Noodles are cooked well.
But portions have got smaller I notice.
It's fine, if you keep prices the same I guess.
Please bring Mee pok back or I find it hard to come as regularly as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup is amazing & full of flavours. By the way, the soup can be refill. Place is a little small, however the turn around can be quite fast. Staff are very friendly & helpful. But the vinegar pork trotters are a tad tough. Highly recommend the soup if you have not tried before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Signature Superior soup is appetizing and flavorful! @ $10.20 you get prawns, mock abalone, grouper fish, pork, fish sticks, lettuce & a choice of Hor Fun/Noodles. 5 stars customer service from a young lady named Ms Lico who not only provided recommendations for us first timers, and went the extra mile to ensure our toddler was having a good time.
It was too yummy that we forgot to take photos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now they changed the system, the staff no longer bring the food to you, you get a number and collect it yourself.
I give 1 star because the fish slices are so thin. the amount of fish is so little for $6.50, and the soup is way too salty. its like the pump MSG into the soup.
Overall poor experience, lousy quality and quantity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been here multiple times. My family like the taste of the soup. Was here dining again on Mar 2022 and i realised they changed some items on the menu. I always order mee pok but is no longer available. The Signature Lao Jiang soup is the must try. The customer service is like jackpot. Sometimes u win something and somethings u dont. On average, i spend about SGD35 for family of 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to visit the place regularly for their famous noodles soup and the vinegar pork trotters. The quality of the food is average, can be on the salty side at time, making you feel like drinking more water after eating.
Can be crowded during the peak hours.
