Hanah Nails Salon @ Bugis Street

Decided to go down to Hanah Nails for a quick fix after reading all the reviews and they proved to be really good! Got my nails done at an affordable price and very cleanly done. :)

Actually very satisfied with the result of my single-color gel manicure! Ngl I was a bit worried at first because the area looked kinda sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised! Liked how my nails were filed and really appreciated how meticulous the nail artist was in painting my nails

Made prior appointment for the services and confirmed with black & white for the agreed price. upon arrival, the Staff A who attended to me made me wait and spoke rudely. Even used her hand to rest on my leg when asking me for the designs which I wanna do. so unrespectful. When I showed her designs I wanna do, they told me only do 2 fingers of that designs i wanted on each hand. and When I showed her the designs of the pedicure i wanted, she said she cant do it for me. I questioned her the price u quoted me is classic Gelish pedi with unlimited designs, so why she cant do it? She said its too expensive too hand drawn. Staff A got impatient and rude. Everything was quoted black and white through our ig messages before coming down for my appt and yet when I was at the shop, they said this cannot that is limited to 2 and expensive designs. Look the photo sent, the failed pedicure artwork and poor pedicure. My toenail is not evenly cut and file. Is that a experienced professional nail salon? Staff A who did my pedicure do not bother to ask if colour or design for my toes is done to my liking before she applied top coat . I totally understand no designs is exactly the same but what the lady did is too far off. the same pedicure simply rushed throught the whole classic manicure process, cuticles not trim properly. Halfway thru the Staff A got impatient after she trial failed numerous times on the design i wanted, just stood up and said another staff will do for me. i was left unattended for the past 1 hour plus, Staff A definitely does not feel apologetic at all. I sat from 12pm till 420pm, with an ugly pedicure not even half close to what I asked for and 80% uncompleted hand designs. Staff B approached me after finishing her previous customers. She was so much better, patience and nice, even asking time to time to check if I am satisfied with the designs when she did a trial nails. Obviously Staff A can't tell what is dark purple and black. Even Staff B could tell the colour when I shown her the designs I wanted. I strongly encourage people not to visit the shop, they are not professional and their customer service is bad. They do not have safe distancing. in the small shop , they stuffed 6 customers, 1 kid and 3 staff all together. All squeezed in the shop and they do not practise hygiene. No cleaning up of the sofa seat after previous customers left after sitting for hours. To overconfidently promised everything will complete in 2 hours by the admin cum Lady Boss after asking how long my extension with designs and pedicure would take. I only managed to leave the salon at 6pm after 6 hours. Everything was quote by the admin cum lady boss, but when I was doing my designs, they asked for additional top up. Ended up paying extra $30 more. Isn't the boss the decision maker? What she quoted me before arriving should be the price. Isn't that dishonesty from staff for asking extra cost?

Found this nail salon based on the great google reviews and the service didn’t disappointment. Visited for the first time yesterday with my mum. We both had classic gel mani. Wendy did our nails and we are both happy with the service. Easy to book appt via whatsapp or IG message. Would definitely come again.

i rarely do nails, but decided to pamper myself. before coming to Hanah Nails i did a lot of researching of the nail salon in Bugis Street, & i chose Hanah Nails. their seats are not the most luxurious but its comfortable, but thats not the point. their skill sets are amazing!! highly recommended!

Good experience with Hanah Nails! Did my nail extensions with them & their service and work was outstanding. Had a delightful time with them too! Highly recommended, would definitely come back!
