β β β β β This was my second visit to the clinic. Doctor gave me a referral letter and said that someone will contact me to assist with the referral. When the staff called me, she wasn't even clear what options I had and was defensive when I tried to clarify - this was unhelpful and unprofessional.
Also, with the current covid situation, although there were areas indicated as Red (potential covid patients) and Green zones (low risk of covid), this was not reinforced and patients ended up sitting where there were chairs available rather than according to the areas demarcated. There is a high potential risk of contamination if ever a covid patient were to visit the clinic.
I would highly recommend that you don't visit this clinic. Very disappointing experience.

β β β β β Not a good service. One of the staff wasnβt sympathetic at all! I was in such pain, I provided my IC and my insurance card. And she told me to do some updates because by RIGHT she will not accept the insurance card I provided. It was the first i have encountered such problem, because Iβve been to other clinics but they never told me that next time they will not accept my card! And I do provide both when i go to the other clinics! There will be no next time. Donβt go when youβre sick the reception is no help at all!

β β β β β Staff was very patient, polite and nice! They treated me graciously even though I was 2h late for my pre-departure PCR test appointment. The nurse also made sure I was comfortable during the test, she was even apologetic for the unavoidable discomfort.

β β β β β Dr and staff were very friendly. However, the walls of the clinic are rather dirty (with moulds due to aircon condensation I believe). Hope the management could clean it so that the clinic is hygienic for patients visit. Thank you!

β β β β β Dr Madangopal has been empathetic towards patients. The nurses are helpful and easy to approach to as compared to other clinic I went to. Recently, Dr Madangopal gave me a referral letter and I immediately received the call for appointment when I got home. I'm grateful for that.
