★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like samsonite brand very much but I was shocked that samsonite has an impatient, unhelpful and rude staff.
Staff by the name of Mark at Parkway Parade on 24th June at 6.30 pm, has tarnished the samsonite’s name.
Unlike the staff at Changi City Point, he was so helpful and assisted me to get my bag in the easiest way and he referred me to parkway.
I am so upset from the way I was treated by staff Mark. He made me feel like he can’t wait for me to get out of the shop n it seemed that I had brought him extra work by buying a bag.
I really hope samsonite should get him out before he offends more customers and tarnishes samsonite branding.
He is not fit to be in service industry!
