★ ★ ★ ★ ★ other than less selection of choices and design, the big fat staff that seems to be the manager is not helpful at all, doesnt have any idea to recommend any shoe to customers at all. I cant imagine skechers hire some that looks so inexperience as a manager to manage the store. Will never go there again no matter how good skechers shoes is. The management should do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management must have been doing something right. A year ago the staffs were disinterested. This time everyone were working hard on the two days I visited the shop.
The two young ladies in particular were enthusiastic and patient. I was looking for a pair of sandals due to a flare up of my bunions. Tried several models and options but didn't worked out. Yet the ladies remained cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such bad experience in skechers before. Me and my friend walk in and nobody to receive us. We continued to check on which shoe is best. We started trialling. Still nobody attended us. We ask for next size, a guy went in and said no have. He doesn't bother to ask for anything else We looking for. Still we go to next model and trialling. An another couple walked in, 1 guy received them and started guiding. Till that no one was there to assist us. I selected a sandal and choose not to buy because if their service. Staffs must be trained properly to guide customers.
