When I explained the kind of hair colouring I wanted the hairdresser seemed confident. I was quite worried when the hairdresser kept asking another hairdresser on how to do it (not sure what was being said as it was said in mandarin), but I believe it was about the colour mix as the hair dresser went to mix the colours after clarifying. Despite showing a few pictures to give a basic idea of what I wanted the outcome was still horrible. The results was much below expectations and I had to spend a few hundred dollars extra to fix it. It was an utter waste of my time as I could have gone to a salon that knows what they are doing. Total waste of money as well. I was only given $20 off despite seeing how upset I was. Very disappointed and upset with the service and outcome.

My hair dresser Louis was very patient. He asked abt my preference for the colour i wanted and also provide suggestion. He also helped to correct my hair colour issue which i always faced when i dye my hair after i mention to him which many of the salon or previous hair dresser i met didn’t told me about. I love the colour he did for me and surprisingly no bleaching was required! Thank u!

Friendly and decent stylist. Haircut is ok for the price one pays, should not expect same result as one paying $40 and above.

Overall service is good, hair stylist is very patient and attentive. However the end product is rather disappointing. It's very old school cut like those neighborhood barber. Not recommend if you are looking for stylish looks

I had a good experience in this salon. My hair stylist Louis, gave very good suggestions about how to cut and what colours to dye. I particularly appreciated how he would listen to my lifestyle, check on my hair condition, and then suggest what kind of hairstyle would be suitable. My hair was well-cut and really nicely done! Price point was very reasonable too! Thanks Louis! Definitely recommend Louis if you decide to try them out! :)

I highly recommend hairstylist Louis. He is very good at his craft and patient. He shared his suggestions for a haircut without imposing them. Prices are reasonable and they don’t hard sell. My hubby also likes Louis cutting his hair because he is efficient and gives him a good haircut every time. Happy to recommend and support this business!

This hair salon is focus on selling the membership card and ask you to drop the deposit. Honestly, their cutting skill is really bad, not value for the price. Previously, I have very nice long hair, with trust and try, I mistakenly decided not to reject the woman to cut my hair, firstly, she is rude, secondly, her skill is really worse, no better than myself cut. But she likes to find the execute to earn extra money, such as asking you to hair wash, blow, bonding, coloring and scalp etc. When I found her to fix her cutting the next day as many said the hair cutting is worse, she eventually charged me another S$20. Anyway, I have given this branch shop many times to handle my hair as I purchase the membership, as more seriously, the women rejected to serve the customer as she wanna wait for the new customer who is going to join the membership and she is unable to earn more from the existing customer. This shop is only focusing on your wallet, disqualified to name as hairstyle salon. This is my lesson, no next time deposit.

I just had my hair coloured at Santorini Hair Spa at Ghim Moh last Saturday and I was very satisfied with the service they provided. I highly recommend Louis as he gives his suggestion to improve the style you want for your hair. I will definitely come back to this branch for my next hair appointment in the future!
