★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a deposit on the 25th November 2018 at IMM outlet. It’s now already 8th Jan 2019. You can imagine how long I’ve waited. Sales rep ELSON said delivery will be in 2 weeks time from initial deposit. Message sales rep for earliest delivery date when initial delivery date due but chose to ignore my query. Went down to physical shop today to ask for a refund for my deposit and guess what? Another sales rep by the name of Stanley chose to not only communicate in Hokkien but also claimed that the cash register has no cash! Can’t believe such irresponsible work practice from Sales staff. Will totally avoid and not recommend this shop to anyone. Super bad experience!!!!
