She was able to provide useful advice and product knowledge which helped me in buying decision. Great service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly a very nice showroom with their entire range available to view. I liked the range a lot.
Showroom is a little cramped in places, so a bit difficult to view from a distance, though in this, it's still better than many other places. The leather collection is upstairs and you need to be able to climb stairs.
Service was great with Carol a great help.

I purchased the so-called designer range Mono chair 2 weeks ago, after careful usage for for less than 2 weeks, found the chair top surface got scratched badly by the zip head of the original cushion that comes with the chair. This is obviously due to design and quality of the cushion. I have feedback this to the customer service, after several rounds of email communication (lasting more than a week), got informed this is due to "my own usage", and never admit this is the design flaw of the chair and cushion. completely time wasting. DO think twice when you plan to buy the MONO chair and watch out for the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT Buy from scanteak. Quality of the scanteak is really too bad. You can simply get the paint off while picking up things with figures. The customer service is also very poor because no one handle my complaint. My table turned out to be a nightmare just within 6 month and the seller just did not care.
