Same issue here. When buying, everything is so promising. Promising the delivery date and time. But when delivering, does not live up with the promises. When tried to call them, give lots of excuses especially this sentence 'i will get back to you' which they dont even bother to call back. Buyers here please take note of this case. *Updated* @ 2214hr I wanted to give a commendation to Arthur for following up on the delivery. Although it has been late in delivery (original schedule 1400-1600hr), but i saw the initiative in Arthur on getting back with us with the current situation and the next schedule on delivery timing. Finally we have gotten our mattresses at 2045hr. I believe this is what a customer wants, to get notified and updates so that they could plan ahead or react when situation changes. Thumbs up to this man that makes the recovery.

I recently bought my king size bed frame and mattress from Living Instinct. I’m very happy and satisfied with the products that was delivered. The bed frame was exactly what I saw from their showroom and the mattress too was just what I’ve wanted. Arthur, the salesperson who served us, was very keen and helpful while we were making our selections. He went the extra mile to open the closed showroom to show us the mattress for a second opinion after business hours. He also helped to arrange for our prompt delivery. Very satisfied with his service.

1 month ago, we entered this shop in IMM. We were served by Adrian who recommended us and provided lots of information on how to take care of leather sofas. His service was excellent and he was very patient with us. We actually spoke to him for 2 hours and finally confirmed the design and colour of a leather sofa set. The sofa set was then put together in their factory and delivery was a month later. Prior to the delivery date, we asked if it was possible to receive earlier. Adrian checked and reverted that the sofa was in transit from the factory. To our delight, the sofa arrived 2 days earlier! We are so happy with the quality of the sofa, the delivery and the service level!

IF THERE WAS A WAY I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. PURCHASED A $3K DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS FROM THIS CHEAT OF A COMPANY IN OCTOBER 2021 FROM THEIR SALESMAN STEVEN! BEEN FOLLOWING UP SINCE THEN ON THE TABLE DELIVERY WHICH WAS CONFIRMED AS 4 MAY 2022. KEPT CALLING THE SHOWROOM TO GET AN UPDATE, NO RESPONSE. GOT IN TOUCH WITH STEVEN - WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND DID NOT GIVE AN ANSWER WHEN THE TABLE WILL BE DELIVERED. WHAT'S EVEN MORE APPALING IS THAT STEVEN PROMISED TO SEND PICTURES OF THE DINING TABLE TWICE BUT DID NOT. I REGRET NOT LOOKING AT GOOGLE REVIEWS AND FACEBOOK REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY BEFOREHAND. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM PUBLICALLY LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON A COMPANY - BUT THIS COMPANY DESERVES IS. I HAVE LODGED A CASE REPORT AND POLICE REPORT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR CHEATING - ESPECAILLY SINCE I PAID A SUBSTANTIAL DEPOSIT ALREADY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE SELLING FURNITURE AND SHOULD EITHER IMPORVE THEIR SERVICE OR SHUTDOWN. DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY DO BUSINESS.. WHAT'S EVEN MORE SHOCKING IS THAT I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE IN THE SAME INDUSTRY THAT LIVING INSTINCT IS OWNED BY A MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE SINGAPORE FURNITURE ASSOCIATION. WOW!

There is a really rude and unprofessional staff called Melissa.. our shipment was delayed for many months till now and she didn’t even bother to pick up my calls! And the times when I keep persisting and she picks up, She will suggest ridiculous things such as suggesting that if I’m so in need of an outdoor sofa, she will send a used alternate while waiting for the new one. I don’t need a used furniture, I need the one that I bought! And at least give an update or call back when you promise to! FYI, furnitures were bought in Nov and only 1 set were delivered till now.

Update : Today is 30th March 2022. My sofa is still not sent. Calls to them unanswered. To whomever is reading this post, tell your family and friends to avoid this company!!! Lousy unscrupulous company. We bought our sofa from them on 1st September 2021 and was told delivery will be on 8th November 2021. Now its 11th January 2022 and still no news from them. Very lousy company. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Firstly, the delivery date was missed out and was informed by sales guy Steven from Sungei Kadut branch that the logistic manager missed out the delivery date. Only got informed @ 2pm and the best part, I have to ask before I was informed! total no follow up!! Wasted applying the leave just to wait for the delivery Secondly, received the bed with crack but was found out within 2 days after delivery. Appointment made to be on Sat to come service the bed and was agreed. But when check again on Sat morning, was told if can change to weekdays. What kinda customer service is this?? Extremely bad service! No call on follow up till I have to text and ask! Hope the management of Living Instinct can really look into this and improve on the customer service and hope you guys handle customers!

Ordered a bed frame, mattress and wardrobe from the sungei kadut store direct. The salesperson Calvin also said we were entitled to 2 pillows and 1 mattress protector, both items did not come. Have been calling and messaging Calvin but he has consistently ignored our calls and messages for 4 months straight. When scheduling for delivery, we made a request for all 3 components to be delivered on the same day so we can pay at one shot for disposal fee. In the end, all 3 items came at different times and we needed 3x disposal and 3x disposal fee of $100 each charged… Thank god the main components came in the end but this company doesnt deliver on its promises and once bought they are a no show. Would not recommend their post deal services.
