My mum and I was very pleased with Steven’s service as he is very helpful and friendly. We were just browsing initially and didn’t have the intention to purchase, however, Steven was so helpful and gave us a super attractive price which was too good to miss hence we decided to support him. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back to get more stuff from him. ?

This is a good place to buy affordable furniture at a high quality. All the staffs here are nice and help out their customers to the best of their ability. The two staff that helped us are Steven and Ethan.Both of them have shown great service to their customers and give out the best advice to their customers such as the latest trends,which material would suit which kind of house or what type of furniture would suit which house. They have also shown greats hospitality to their customers as we were here for a long time and they even give us water to drink. They will go such length to demonstrate their products that are scratch-proof and strong/resilient that they even jump on their own products to show how great their products are. Overall am satisfied with my visit here, not only good quality,low price and great staff. TL:DR Good place to buy good quality furniture,great staffs will help out.

Louis was friendly and helpful. As we described how our place is like especially the colour theme and whatnot he was nice enough to show us options of items that fits well! Reasonable price for customised furniture. Won't hesitate to swing by if I wanna get something and find Louis! However, there are things to note when the item is delivered. Although it's reasonably priced. Do expect quality issues that may put off your expectations. For example, if you ordered anything with glass, it can come cracked. If you ordered shoe cabinets, expect the furnishing to be uneven or badly cut. If you ordered benches, expect its work to be, not what u expect. I shall not say much. You get what you pay for. We let the photos explain. If you ordered something with shelves, expect it to draw out unevenly. In summary 1. sales service was good 2. When item arrives the quality is questionable. 3. The aftercare services and warranty? We are not sure. Hopefully. Its as good as point 1. If not, you'll be just conned by good sales services for questionable furnished products that they overpromised and underdelivered.

We have a very pleasant experience being served by Tom. He was very clear from the beginning and after showing him our floorplan, he took a measurement of the length of our living room area that we wish to place our sofa. He gave helpful suggestions based on our criteria and it saved us alot of time searching around. We made payment on the day itself and chose the material as well. Thanks Tom!

Alex gave us a good deal for our sofa covers. We bought our sofa in 2018. He recommended a new fabric which is water repellent and anti scratch where cat claw's can't go through. Great service. Thank you. ??

I enjoy my 1st trip to Nova Furnishing to purchase my sofa. Everything is great and Thanks to Mr Louis for his excellent service. Keep it up. 1 day before delivery, the delivery department even called to verify the address and the drivers team came earlier than expected. Great service.
