The sofa was delivered without any hiccups, and so far there is no issue whatsoever with the product, very satisfied with our purchase and the service rendered by Shaofu. Thank you!

The service team is also good cos they message me regard delivery time few day in advance. They also called before they reach to ensure someone is home to receive the sofa. Overall very satisfied.

John Yong addressed my situation calmly and in his usual friendliness. Not a hint of impatience. His service crew can best be described as exemplary and professional. In 45 minutes they resolved the problem. These gentlemen displayed rare qualities and are assets to the organisation. Grateful thanks to them

John Yong, our sales executive is very kind and friendly. We feel super comfortable chatting with him. He is not those pushy for sales type which made us really happy to shop with him. There are alot of year end promotions going on now. And also a condo promo, every $1,000 spent, you can offset $50.
