Lady is not only rude but extremely passive aggressive and antagonistic. When we told her that even though we paid for the $6 plate of rice, she could reduce the amount of rice her response was that she was being filmed on camera and cannot change the amount , regardless of whether it was less or more. And even though I had asked for extra chilli, when the dish was served it was at the same amount that was usually given, as if I had never requested for the additional chilli. When I asked if she would be able to give additional chilli, she said again that she was being filmed on camera and could not provide more. I asked if I was to pay more for the additional chilli whether it would be possible and I received the same answer. Only problem is.... I don't know where the camera is , and I don't know who is watching and who she was answering to that was bigger than the customer..... Regardless of the quality of food, which may be above average, it definitely was not of a level that this level of service could begin to be tolerated. In fact, I would say the service left such a terrible impression that the food was no longer enjoyable.

Went to the food centre just to eat duck rice from her stall… ordered $6 worth of duck rice and added pigs skin and added $3 beansprouts because she said she didn’t give cucumber. I asked for soup and she said no herbal soup given. I asked if I could have the Kuay chap soup and she told me they don’t give. It’s only for Kuay chap. I offered to pay alittle More for the soup but end up she still insisted that they don’t give any soup. I settled for $11.60 worth of food. At the end, she wasn’t happy that I asked for these things and she was so unhappy to prepare the food for me that she decided that she dont even want to make the food for me in the first place and returned me the money. Like what the heck? Even after I told her I was fine with it and I really came to the market just to eat duck rice, she still was unhappy and said that I was going to complain to google reviews and stuff which didn’t even cross my mind. She asked me to go to another stall to get my food instead. First time meeting such a service based on attitude, reject the customer. Please get the duck rice from the boneless duck rice stall instead. But they close pretty early though.

Really great rice. But service is erratic and the aunties can be very nice one moment and grumpy the next.

The duck rice of my dreams.. Seriously the duck was so tender and they have the silkiest tofu bits too. Best thing about this is that they give enough sauce to coat everything!! Plus it’s got a nice herbal touch to it without being too overpowering, which is a super plus point!! Also rice was cooked perfectly + not the white rice that some stalls serve 100/10 would recommend + go back again. :)

Terrible and rude lady. Her mother asked me what would I like to order, she interjected and told me, don't talk to her while she is counting money, take your order only when she asks you.. I'm like hello?? Your mum just asked me, what are you talking about. It's ok, she probably had a bad day. Ordered a bowl of duck noodles, asked her if I can have a bowl of soup.. she laughed sarcastically and told me.. "you cant read the sign?? It's been up there for 3 years saying no soup when you order dry" Yes, I know, that's why I asked. Her rudeness knows no boundaries.. The food unfortunately ain't of any good standards too. It was made doubly worse by her terrible service.

Kind and helpful lady owner always going the extra mile for her customers. Really puts time and effort in ensuring the best quality is delivered to each customer’s plate and even offering me complimentary sides or additional meat sometimes. Wonderful customer service and of course even better food. Duck porridge is a must-try!

I quite like the taste and smell of the duck braise, herbal and good umami flavours. However, price is abit high at $6 for a few slices of duck in the kway chap set. Duck also felt quite tough and chewy. Chilli was a little too sour for me.

Expensive and not tasty. Skip this stall and save your calories. The kway broth was herbal but also very sweet. Braised sauce was gooey, not aromatic and also on the sweet side. The duck meat was neither tender nor aromatic. Basically, every dish was sweet and lacklustre.
