★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty rich soup cooked with fresh prawns, and importantly hand peeled meehoonkway! The dried version is equally tasty, with special sauce mixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ban mian with springs!
they have 4 items on their menu :
dry/soup kuay ( unified slices of dough, sliced direct from a big lump of dough)
dry/soup 生面 (aka u mee at other ban mian stalls)
each has 3 sizing options, $3, $4 and $5
($4 is the way to go if you like fresh, sweet and juicy prawns while noodles portion remain the same)
I've tried all 4 amd will definitely recommend the soup version for both type of noodles
The broth is well done, mildly sweet tasting and with a hint of the ocean
the kuay, are actually sliced out from a lump of dough, reminds me of those 刀斩面, there's a springy bite to it but... BUT.. my personal favourite got to be their 生面.... those instant noodles style of curl and the satisfying bite... is one of those to die for
the dried noodles could be better if it wasn't for their subpar chilli paste used, cuz there's no other condiments except for that tiny bit of broth and chilli
got so carried away with the food i forgot pics :(
will upload some soon upon my next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the best hand torn MHK I’ve eaten. The soup is super flavourful and the mee hoon kueh has the qq texture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup is very good, would be easier to eat, if the shells of prawns are peeled. There is usually a long queue. Only tried the Mee Hoon Kuay version.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t understand why ppl complain of the queues here. If you can’t wait for good food then go next door, there are plenty of stalls for you to choose from, why leave a bad review just because you can’t wait. As for the rest of us, we are happy to wait for a good bowl of mee hoon kuay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a long Q in front of this stall, so I have not been able to try out the food until today. Maybe just expecting too much, so the disappointment is equally huge! The soup tasted salty but not flavorful, a bit starchy & slimy, quite weird actually! It is just an ordinary bowl of mee or mee hoon kway soup but with starchy soup, long Q???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perpetually long queue tells you all you need to know. The soup is delicious and the sheng mian is springy. Dry version has a tasty sauce that makes a difference. Mee hoon kway tends to get starchy after a while. Chili is also standard soya sauce with cut chili. If you are a fan of ban mian, this is worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place Mee Hoon Kuey feels handmade. always have a queue. the soup is tasty but not too rich or too MSG. prawns fresh. their sheng noodles like you mian is also good. ask to mix 参 (can) if you want to try both. the dry version is less nice. it is not bad . still lots of people order dry one but chilli pan mee dry is more shiok. go for the soup.
