โ โ โ โ โ A good decent kway chap store. The boss puts lots of attention into the preparation of the food and you can tell from the quality of the pig intestine and stomach, which is one of the best around. The kway is also delicately prepared. However the other ingredients somehow paled in comparison, and the overall taste is a bit too salty for my preference. Still this kway chap stall is worth a visit, its just not the best for me.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the better Kway Chap in Singapore. Added some intestine heads and veg and totals to $13 only! Loved the citrus touch to their special chilli.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered without the skin and meat.
Cost $5.50.
Portion wise pretty reasonable.
The small and big intestine taste quite good.
But the kway broth is too salty.
Ohh ya the chilli not bad

โ โ โ โ โ Kway is smooth. This is a plus when coming to kway chap.
Service is also good and nice to see young generation helping out.
The missing star is because personally, I like the ๅคง่ ๅคด to be chopped in a long whole piece but Guan Kee method is to sliced the whole intestine opened into half before chopping into strips, thus losing the fats inside the intestine.
Overall, I will visit again. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Not a bad kway chap in its own right. Kway broth is flavourful, savoury and fragrant. Intestines are thoroughly cleaned. The chilli dipping sauce is very unique and aromatic.
But i am not sure why the braised meat and items are dunked into the kway broth, which is quite a turn-off for me, hence the downgrade in my rating.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly and chatty owner commenting concerns on covid restrictions. Food was great and the smooth and thin tasting kway chap. The braised intestines , meat, eggs and tofu were perfectly done. No queue around 1pm and love the flavourful braising sauce.

โ โ โ โ โ Went at about 7.15pm, was told the kuey finished. Ordered a 2 person set for $9 without kuey and the pig trotters at $6. Taste was quite bland, pig skin was pretty hard but the pig trotters skin was very soft tho. Wouldnโt come all the way for the kuey chap. Didnโt have eggs in the set as well. Quite disappointed with the kuey chap but pig trotters were good.

โ โ โ โ โ Paid $10 for a 2-person set. No queue even at lunchtime. The intestines were good as they were tender and no smell. But the portion was just too little, considering it was $10. The braised pork was too hard and salty. The kway was also a bit too hard. Service was ok.
