Between lines it sounded like "why did you come here". My situation also was not heard and understood. Frustrating experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of their FD promo. Must open savings account with additional funds. They dont put on their website. I went there and wonder why lunch time no customter. Felt "con". Only want FD and not with so many terms and conditions. Unethical to try to lure customer this way. After i declined and want to walk off, RM suggest open current account because the interest is even higher but then every month must deposit at least $2K. Another trap. Will not consider SC again. Worst bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sales girl is neither interested in selling, explaining, nor in my money. She asked, 'do u have $100,000 just sitting around?' Wow. Which parent raised this girl? Still, I give two stars here because the receptionist is more attentive than the one sitting behind the partition.

But when I went to open a bank account, the female staff just seemed disinterested and aloof. She also said something along the lines of "can just Google to find out" when she was asked about certain procedures. 1/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lowest standard and service quality I have ever experienced (particularly this branch). They should give me a number and serve me at the service desk, rather than asking me open my banking App with my account information at the entrance (no privacy at all)
