Very nice people. And sometimes they charge for free for simple service (e.g. missing screw). Affordable bikes and affordable services. Will keep coming back to this shop if my bike have issues.

After reading so many good reviews about this shop, I went over to get my tires pumped hoping for a good experience with the store owners. I am a noob bicycle owner so I do not know how to properly maintain a bicycle. I humbly asked the old uncle/auntie if they could show me how to pump, they rudely brush me off. The old man's son was there too but he did not offer to help as well. That's fine with me because I can go to another shop. In the end, one of their customers, a China uncle showed me how to pump. He probably couldn't stand the way they treated me lol. Now I would think twice about asking this Seng Bee to tune my derailleur. Seng Bee owners are likely only friendly towards $$$.

Very very bad experience.today I went there to tune my brake.I bought my bike one week ago.but too far to went down to seller shop.I thought that nearby shop should be okay.I saw this as many Good reviews,I chose this shop despite of having other nearby bike shop.today the weather was too hot.when I reached there I saw one uncle & aunty sitting down there.I told them that I wanted to tune my brake as making squeaking sound.both of them like very unwelcoming.they told me that the boss wasn’t around.I asked them about what time he will be back, they told me about 30 min, If it is 30 min then I will wait . But more than an hour then I cant wait.so,I asked them,is it possible to call him to check . They said no need to call, don’t disturb him . He is our son , you want then you can go to other shops. I told them that I am not so familiar with this area. Could they told me the other shop name or locations. They are like just don’t even want to talk to me. I am not asking FOC service. They are treating me like rubbish. If you don’t want to repair bike then why opened the shop. Should say that only selling bike . I am not beggar,not asking for money or FOC job. I am just normal customer . I wonder how this shop have so good reviews.if for me I wanted to give negative 10 star . Not positive 10 stars . So bad . Treating customers in that way . Every simple question I asked , have to asked a least two times . They didn’t event want to talk to me .the sun was too hot & they are not the one who going to repair it so I also stayed & asked.but they are already old uncle & aunty,but very inhuman. You can treat me like I am lesser human being . But I am customer & not FOC beggar .Shouldn’t even treat to a human being or pet ???

Nice neighborhood Mom-and-Pop shop - down-to-earth and no frills. Helpful and professional. Nice range of affordable bikes for those looking to buy.

Friendliest service given by the lady boss and boss! They are very dedicated to make sure my son has the perfect first bicycle and even share a lot tips on how to coach my boy to ride independently! Price wise is very friendly to pocket. Will always visit for any bicycle needs!
