★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cramped place and no signs to show which bus is where, so have to search around and thus inconvenient. Place doesn't look as new as it should be also. Otherwise a decent bus interchange that is connected to the mrt station and shopping mall, although it is also v confusing to walk from the mall to the interchange

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because MOH, since few days ago, installed an ART vending machine here. Previously there is none here since ART vending machines are placed islandwide.
Sengkang Central, where Sengkang Bus Interchange sits, has the highest number of Covid-19 positive case visits in Sengkang Town.
Unless you think the best way to avoid Covid-19 is to get infected naturally, I advise travellers to avoid going to the bus interchange which is also an LRT interchange and MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found ART test kit vending machine here. Was looking around because it is just say at bus interchange. Wasn't much queue here. it is located in the front not near where people queueing for bus at the bus interchange. Never really take bus from here though. Usually just outside to go home.
