★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient. Took almost an hour to get the medicines after consultation. It seems they care about only checking the patients but not let them leave the clinic with the medicines. You have to hold your pain and illnesses and wait for the mercy of clinic to get the medicines. Probably will never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there twice to do pre departure ART test. The price is very reasonable. Have to que. But not very long time of waiting. The doctor knew how to handle my daugher's fear of getting the swab. The malay doctor offered her choc to grab her attention. The chinese doctor explained to her the simple and quick procedure so that she shouldnt be scared. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sam is very unprofessional & lack of EQ. Instead of assuring the patient that there is nothing to worry about, he gave a grandmother story to say that I belonged to the 10% overly anxious. If I know what is happening, I will not see the doctor right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was directed to this clinic to do my pregnancy OGTT by TMC. Asked to report by 8am but clinic opened late. Doctor unable to find my veins well for blood test and I got to be poked extra attempt but it’s still ok. I requested for clinic to contact me or email me once the results is out but staff just brush me off and ask me go back to TMC and see doctor.
The results will definitely come back to this clinic first before I go back to TMC. As a patient, I think I have my rights to get a copy of my results but clinic staffs were not being helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff is very responsive and friendly, however they are really busy maybe due to understaff.
1 star due to the Doctpr, really cannot make it, and i'm surprised to see that there's already so many comment on Dr Shahidah BT Mohamed Salleh, why there's no improvement? Maybe management do not care at all. The Dr is rude and do not even care to hear about your current situation, she just want to make a quick conclusion and move on to next patient, bad!

Went here under SASH scheme to check if my symptoms are related to covid-19, the nurse swabbed only the entrance of my nostril and the results for the test was negative.
Had my suspicions and did a self-test at home and the result was positive.
I only wonder how many patients were swabbed this way and had false results due to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there 8pm, The nurse asked me about my problem and I told her, and wait for 90mins see the doctor the doctor said they don’t have the medicine and he gave me a letter and ask me go pharmacy buy the medicine, when I run to guardians, the pharmacy said today got few patients take the same letter came to buy the same medicine and they don’t have it. the nurse should let me know early and I can go other clinic, not wasting my time and just want to earn money and end up I got nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from staff, but manage poorly by management. Been there a few times since Covid. Can see clearly why the night staff is suffering more than morning staff. Always saw the same face when I visit the clinic in the evening. Always short of staff, sometime I saw them running to the toilet or not even a toilet break. Not sure if they manage to get a short break to rest as every single day long queue. Hopefully their management could do something about it to manage their clinic better. And also I can see a lot of bad review from patient. Sometime is not staff is rude, people who is in the queue who keep rushing them to do work fast. But thanks to the staff who stay strong when she get scolded. Couldn’t get the chance to get your name. Stay strong guys.
