If you are looking for painless wisdom tooth extraction, this is the place. Dr. Andrew was really professional and the experience was almost 100% pain-free. From the injections to the extraction, I felt literally 0 pain. He was very patient as well and will constantly check on you to see if you are experiencing any discomfort and will pause if needed. 11/10 and would definitely come back again for any other dental services. Thank you Dr. Andrew!

Dr Ong was very thorough in his examination. He identified a bothersome decay at the side of my tooth, which is impressive as it's not immediately obvious - even my previous (private) dentist missed this decay out! Dr Ong and his assistant was also very patient and reassuring during treatment. He would preempt before proceeding and pause if he sense that I'm in pain. Lastly, the prices he charge are very reasonable too!

Searched the review around sengkang for dental clinic. This is the best one so far. My overall experience was good. Receptionist was nice to me. Dr Ong was very informative and answered all the queries I had. Gave me useful tips for my sensitive tooth. My tooth filling was painless, probably because it is still not as bad. Will visit this clinic again in the future for check up.

Came back again to this clinic one year later to extract my other side of wisdom tooth. This time round my appointment was with Doctor Ong and it was once again a pleasant experience as well. Extraction process was fast and painless, and Doctor Ong was v reassuring and careful throughout. Thank you Doctor Ong and team for your great service!

Went there to get my upper molar extracted on a weekday. Dentist on duty was Dr. Sandra Chelvan. She seemed nice and skilled. She patiently explained that since my molar roots were quite deep and slanted after the xray, it might be difficult to extract and some of the roots may be left that would lead to a surgery. She managed to pull my molar out however, a bit of the root was left. She assured me that she will try her best to take it out, and she managed to do so. So glad I did not have to go to surgery. Thanks to the dentist who attended to me. Never mind that I had small wounds on my tongue and lips. I think these were unavoidable, and more bearable than a surgery. For the receptionists, I guess they're just the serious kind of people. Not rude, not friendly either. But, no biggie for me. 4 stars because I was given antibiotics, 250mg/capsule and was instructed to take 2x every 8 hours. When I got home that 's when I saw I was only given 15 caps. So that's like having one extra pill you don't know if you will still take or not.

Ask one word, reply one word. Very difficult to get a full picture of my dental problem. Doctor is lack of communication motivation with patent. Skill wise is reasonable through.

The whole process of my wisdom tooth surgery yesterday is totally painless! Dr Andrew Chia is very nice and explained to me in details what to expect before the procedure, during the process at each steps and after the procedure on how to take care of the wound.
