The masseurs generally have good techniques and are willing to adjust accordingly to the customer's request. However, they tend to talk very loudly amongst themselves a lot even while attending to different people (e.g. talking about their earnings for the day, or the customers they had) at the customer service areas. Would also be better if they change the towels after each use as we noticed that they do tend to fold it back after use for the next customer on different occasions.

The lady therapist massage strength is good. Tried Katty and Linda both are good. My parents are really satisfied after the massage. Place was clean and nice they change and clean the seat after another customer.

You can never enjoy a proper massage here. Masseuse keeps talking with other staffs so loudly. And chats up the customers non stop. You can tell that the customers does not really want to chat either. When customers falls asleep, they will just piano massage no more effort. You know what I mean. I guess I'm right. The other reviews here says likewise.

Staff are well trained and provide good massage skill. First time came to sengkang branch as i can say the lady therapist name candy is good. Small size but her strength is good will come back here if i pass by again.

Very cosy & clean reflexology place. 1st time visit the place since its convenient at Sengkang mrt. The staff are friendly, registration was easy. The lady massues named CANDY was petite but very strong hands, slow & steady each she applies pressure on every stroke. Definitely will choose her again

Great massage done by Wong, very focused while doing the massage, well done on the points. Cosy atmosphere, just that the sound of the train by mrt is a little irritating, otherwise all good. The massage can put me to lala land after 10 minutes. Recommended .

I had an appointment at 3.30pm. 5 mins before my schedule session, they called to inform me that my session has to be postponed to 6pm because masseur has left. Wasted my time and effort to travel all the way. I could not post a response to the owner's reply. I shall address the reply in my original post. The reason given over the phone was not clear but nonetheless i will take it that i missed the point. I am perfectly fine to postpone if there is geninue reason. But the earliest slot given is 6pm which is more than 2.5hrs later. I find it unacceptable. I thought a more reasonable arrangement can be made. To inform customer just only few mins before the appointment time is quite unfair to the customer as i have travelled all the way to the place. By the way, i have not received any missed calls. Hope the company can have better plans in terms of rearranging appointment due to such unforeseen circumstances. Anyway, to give credits to the massuers based on my previous visits, they are professional.

Ladies please be very careful. Was there this afternoon and had a body massage done in one of the rooms. Their rooms don't have doors, only curtains. After my massage, my masseuse left for me to change and pulled the curtains closed as she left. A short while later, I was shocked when an unknown male masseuse suddenly pulled open the curtain and entered without asking! Thank god I was already fully dressed at that moment but this is completely unacceptable! Female customers could have been in there getting dressed and their male masseuse can just pull open the curtains and barge in without checking if anyone was inside?! The male masseuse just mumbled "sorry I didn't know got people inside" in mandarin. I told the receptionist about this but all she said was "ok I check" and went back to her screen, that's it. She did not ask me to point out who was the intruder, nothing. Totally couldn't care less attitude. The only contact number listed on their page is the receptionist number, no way to feedback to the boss which is why I'm putting this here. The boss really needs to take the safety of the ladies seriously. Do something about this, install doors that can be locked from the inside! Make sure you train your masseuse that they can't barge in like that when curtains are CLOSED. Better yet, don't hire a dodgy masseuse who will do something unacceptable like barging into a room with curtains closed. Who knows how many free shows he has been getting by doing this. I do not recognise the male masseuse but he is balding and average build. Time was around 535pm when it happened. Hope the management will show that they will do something really concrete to protect the female customers, and not brush off this review like the attitude of their receptionist. That would be a complete disregard for the safety of their female customers.
