My daughter of 20 years old has been suffering from acne since she was 17 years old. Due to studies pressure and lack of sleep, her face continues to have breakouts. She was confidence to treat her scars with her skilful hands and years of experiences. I trusted her and signed filogra NCTF package with her. I have long heard about Filogra NCTF which uses needling but it must be done by an expert. It is a cell renewal therapy and it generates new cells and control oils. You can google and get more info from many sites. My girl started her treatment and each session is customised to her skin conditions and it varies from 2.5 hrs to 3.5 hrs as her condition is severe. My skin got allergic to their peel, developed hot flushes and rashes. Prior to the treatment, I had told them that my skin is very sensitive and might get allergic to some ingredients. They reassure me multiple time that it will be okay as they have 17 years of experiences. I went back the next day showing them the rashes and they did some treatment hoping that it will ease the reaction. But the effect only works temporarily. They told me that they will refund me the amount and ask me to come back the next day. If they had not try to hint that their product might not be the issue and make me wait for 30 plus mins to sign an document to get the refund (I came at the time that they ask me to go), I might give a higher rating for the aftercare they gave. Overall, don’t try their peel if your skin might get allergic to some product.

Very good service rendered by the beautician Cynthia n her staffs. The treatment they provided on my skin using the GUINOT machine makes my skin so clear, so tender n fresh. I was given a detailed skin analysis before the treatmt n then pdt prescription after the whole session. The salon environment was so cosy n comforty. I will highly recommend this salon to everyone that is looking for a salon of high standards n professionalism .
