★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently accompanied my sick mother to this clinic and few weeks later came for a Pre Departure Swab..both my visits were made pleasant and smooth..waiting time is definitely there..but on both visits I would like to commend the staff(young malay guy)for his positivity and great attitude towards patients...and what amazed me most he is able to converse in Mandarin...kuddoz..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QTC ART on website stated the test cost only $15, being charged $27 and staff claimed that $27 is due to flight to msia, not for cruise. The fact is starting 1 May traveller doesn’t required ART to msia anymore. Felt cheated as staff clearly knows that the ART was for travelling to msia on 1 May. Hope the clinic could be more sensitive and update with ART travel requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there for a swab test. Although the clinic was a bit crowded even on a weekday, the staff did a very good job in handling patients. Had a very smooth swab experience with Dr Noor. He is very humble and makes you very comfortable while performing the test. Will recommend for pre departure swab test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional staff, and I went to the clinic at 5.25pm (they close at 5.30pm) but they still helped me & very sincerely even though they were closing in 5 mins. They were super nice about it and very patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old indian female doctor was so unprofessional and rude. I came in for consultation for my insomnia and fever. She said to me "usually your case i dont give MC one..", implying that I'm like 1 of those people trying to escape from work. She also got cranky to the other Nurses when she lost her stethoscope. Im a professional engineer and yet treated like small kid. Would never come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s just opposite to Bedok mall bus interchange. You can avail online consultation too. I booked my appointment for PCR test which costs me s$128+ GST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent run of the mill clinic. Front desk service is prompt and fuss free. Likewise for the doctor service as well, straight forward and easy going. Do be prepared to wait during peak timings.
