SF Fruits & Juices - Clementi Mall - 3155 Commonwealth Ave W

I bought an avocado milk shake, upsize with no ice, it costs me $4.80 from Hillion Mall. When I drank it back home, it did not have any milk taste at all, mainly water! I paid $4.80 for avocado with water! I took the 90percent left milkshake back to the stall and asked them did they add milk to my avocado milkshare, they claimed yes and offerred to add more to my milkshake then i realised they add evaporated milk to my milkshake. I am shocked, I have never drank a milkshake using evaporated milk in my life! How could evaporated milk make a milkshake? They only poured 1cm of evaporated milk to my cup how to make a milkshake, the only way is to add water! This is cheating! I have tried so many places before, they pour full cream milk to the blender not evaporated milk! I paid $4.80 for half avocado, 1 cm height of the cup with evaporated milk and the rest with water! No wonder there isnt milk taste and the milkshare tasted diluted, no traces of milk in the cup compared to most stalls I have patronized. I WILL STOP BUYING FROM SF ANYMORE! IS PURE CHEATING! AM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING THEY ADD WATER TO THEIR JUICES!

Ordered the coconut via delivery .. purposely ask them to make sure the top is open ..they say tap to open .I have to chop it opened..goodness how do u expect people to chop coconut..simple instructions can't follow.

18 Jan at 1918 at clementi mall A young guy at the counter was taking order.He was being very rude .Actually wasn't expect much like excellent or good customer service just a basic polite manner towards customer .I am not sure if this is a purpose or what. 2 customer who ordered after me already got their juices,but mine has not gotten yet.So nvm I just keep waiting patiently,when my juice was ready. The guy put the juice at the front without saying anything and he look away.Was actually quite regular there buying the fruits and juices.Not only that when a lady who ordered before me was actually taking sometimes digging coins to from her wallet to make payment,he already show one kind of looks.The rest of the staff was very fine especially there is one uncle,he is very welcoming except this young guy.I guess this guy really has attitude problem.Must train him some basic customer service .

Quality of the product is on point, stuff is certainly fresh and made to order. No premixed juices or additives. Be prepared for slightly slower service. Manage expectations for a great overall and uplifting juice or smoothie experience.

There’s this auntie who is really friendly, honest and caring towards people consistently. I have seen her helping an old uncle to poke his straw into the cup, helped me to slice dragonfruit into bite size so that it’s easier for me to eat while walking, advised customers not to buy today’s xyz fruits because they are not as fresh etc. Really encompasses the familiar yet diminishing Singapore spirit. The experiences left a very strong impression, even though this outlet is only selling the mundane fruits and fruit juices. Of course, on the taste side, “Cool Juice” is my go to every single time.

Bought Avocado Juice from SF Fruits And Beverages at CLM..I ordered with milk.. But end up there was no milk in it.. And i didnt ask for any size up. The uncle just upsize without even asking me and he charged me $5..It was way too expensive compare to the one i bought in koufu at AP... And the best highlight was what i received was not even upsize... Felt like I was being cheated liao....

Avocado juice $6，but i doubt drink contains avocado… will never buy again

Very poor customer service .. I wanted to buy a watermelon and papaya but didn’t have small change. Asked if they accept card payments and told me no so obviously i have to use my big note. This china lady was rather unhappy when i told her i don’t have a 20 cent coin. Seriously, you don’t have to present such an unruly attitude! In this era if you don’t accept card payments or paynow/paylah then obviously expect some customers to pay with big notes ? Really needs to improve on their customer service man - they don’t greet you when you order. I believe their other outlets has poor service too ?? It is disappointing as their papaya is pretty delicious.
