He helped out with the tuning very professionally and also took initiative to go and extra mile to help with enquiries that we had apart from the tuning with the best of his knowledge. Overall very satisfied and would definitely re-visit!

My previous tuner did not discover this even though I had pointed out that I had seen wood dust on my piano. I therefore find Mr Michael more than a tuner. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and takes the time to explain whatever questions you have for him. He could even explain why my piano is often chalky. I am happy to have him take care of my piano on a regular basis. Jacynda, who arranges the appointments, is also efficient and friendly.
