★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share that Shadetimes is really unprofessional. I called for a sincere quotation to do a trellis for my roof terrace, only to be scorned by their salesperson. He rudely refused to quote or do measurements. When tested, he does not know the requirements of the authorities and insisted on drilling the trellis into the flooring despite it being against BCA standards. I am appalled when he insisted to drill, against all approved standards. Use them at your own risk.
