★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars seriously. Went to the one at northpoint and received the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staff expressed blatant annoyance and anger that I tried a few articles of clothing but did not find something I wanted to buy. Said I should not try something I didn’t like. Yeah sure, if we could all know what pieces of clothing we liked without trying them on, why do you even have fitting rooms in your shop??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifey wanted to try on a purple dress, but her size is not available on the rack. Salesgirl refused to get her size in purple and asked her to try the white dress which was in her size. Wifey asked her so if the size in white colour fits her, can she then try on the purple one in her size. "No" was the answer. So how is my wifey supposed to know whether the purple dress suits her? "Company policy" was the reply. Looks like company policy has earned your shop many 1 star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the bugis outlet and wanted to know the price of a dress. There wasnt any price tag and the sales assistant replied with annoyance. Tried a dress and decided that it didnt suit me. Upon returning the dress, and thank the sales person for her time, she just glared at me and ignore my presence. Super unfriendly and bad service. Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another one rude staff (see the pun I did here? You did a good job naming your shop.) Was trying on this cardigan when the short hair auntie stuff asked "is it okay?" I replied it's too tight and she replied "sorry lorh some people don't find it tight at all" what kind of reply is that ?? Really curious how can this kind of people work in service line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a dress at Bugis Junction outlet. Wanted to change at Compass one outlet due to cloth too big. The aunt said can’t change. Fed up.
Went to Bugis Junction outlet. Staff does put on a smile. No energy and drive. No smaller size available. The size ‘small’ for that dress doesn’t suit the customer’s figure. Customer is normal figure. Not super skinny. Shocking is that the PTP is not the usual standard size most Asian accustomed to.
The dresses are not great in design. Cloths varieties are not impressive. Can tell it’s poor quality from some kind of China wholesale market. Zip got issue too for a brand new cloth.
Store layout; not impressive. Cluttered with cloths.
Not worth the 39.90 or 45 bucks quality. It will be my last trip there to this shop. Not value for Monet coupled with poor service quality from 2 outlets.My hunch the way the do business...my instinct it will do survive long term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store in bugis, the staff thankfully wasn't so rude like the review says haha (is it the other outlet ?) I honestly like their dresses, the fabric material is comfortable on the skin, would repurchase again.
Their clothes are also available at Cheris Paya Lebar Square level 1 (near wokhey/ramburger etc) the staff is quite nice over there.

After trying and if you don’t buy, her face turned black immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service for its subpar quality of clothes and lacklustre design. Not to mention, overly high prices for something that could potentially be torn after 2 wears. I was in fact scolded for trying on a dress when I chose not to purchase it. If the staff continues to have such behaviour, then it really leaves me to question why there would be changing rooms in the shop?
The owner needs to learn how to hire pleasant staff before they continue to operate this business as customer service is an integral part of a clothing shop, and especially so for one that lacks behind in their quality and design of clothes.
